We are looking for a talented and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our AI and Machine Learning team. This individual will support the development of AI solutions, create and deploy machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and NLP technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Senior Data Scientist to work on projects that deliver real business value to our clients, including federal agencies and commercial sectors.

Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Data Science (or equivalent) and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. Technical Expertise: Four years of experience in data management. Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Proficiency in deploying models using AWS SageMaker, Docker, and working with LLMs for generative AI applications. AWS certified developer. Data Visualization: Tableau Certified Data Analyst with proven experience in creating insightful visualizations and data reports. MLOps Experience: Demonstrated experience in building and managing MLOps pipelines, automation, and deployment processes. Problem-Solving Skills: Passionate about solving real-world problems using cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, with a proactive approach to developing innovative solutions. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable business strategies. Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint planning and unit testing, to support iterative development and delivery. Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
