Act as primary consultant for a number of mid-sized to large-size clientsDemonstrate knowledge of defined contribution plans and their way of functioning, including regulatory and governance aspectsActively participate to pension committee meetings and other client meetings cycle from the preparation to the presentation of our reports, findings and recommendationsDiscuss financial wellness strategies with clients and prospectsSupport and advise companies in integrating ESG factors into their policiesDemonstrate knowledge in core investment strategies and support plan sponsors in selecting the appropriate investment structure and investment strategiesDevelop relationships to continue supporting the commercial success and expansion of Mercer’s servicesPeer review reports, adding client specific information and ensuring client suitabilityManage client related assignments and ensure on time deliveryManage a variety of projects independentlyManage and mentor junior-level staffWhat you need to have:
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or other business-related areas with strong quantitative and analytical course contentThe ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to successfully interact with clients and prospectsExperience in client relationship managementA minimum of 10 years of work experience with Defined Contribution plans in the capacity of plan sponsor, consultant or relationship manager with a record keeperSuperior communication (English and French) and project management skillsGood knowledge of the institutional investment industry, understanding of investment concepts and the financial marketsAs required by financial markets regulators, group annuity plans advisor designation or enrollment to achieve the certification within your first year will be expectedWhat makes you stand out:
