Job Description

You will deliver value added service activities designed to maximize return on investment for our existing clients. You will report into the Delivery Manager.

What you will do:

Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutionsBuild relationships with colleagues or external partiesSupport junior team members with complex deliveriesContribute to continuous improvement to processes, without compromising qualityCommunicate with PM/Client/Experian colleagues to ensure accurate implementation of project workFollow Experian internal proceduresLook for opportunities to improve new processes to benefit the team and implement these opportunitiesInterpret client needs, implementing and translating them into application and operational requirements that can be articulated to peers and clients at the appropriate level

Qualifications

What you will bring:

University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essentialFluent EnglishTypically requires 4+ years related experience in software deliveryExperience of software solution design and configurationExperience in client delivery or supporting client solutionsWorking knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologiesAdvanced Excel (can perform complex functions) userExperience with data analysis/MI reporting

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

Working knowledge of XML/JSONWorking knowledge of WPS / SASFraud industry knowledge.
