Job Description

We help organisations throughout the UK to make better decisions about the products they offer to prospective customer and help them to avoid the negative impact fraud can have on their business and reputation. We have a well-established reputation as the go-to provider for application fraud prevention. Our brands like Hunter, Detect and FraudNet are well respected in the marketplace for providing enterprise level fraud prevention. You will represent an exciting opportunity to be part of the Business Support & Optimisation team.

Reporting into our Lead Delivery Consultant you will deliver value added service activities designed to maximise return on investment for our existing UK&I Hunter and Fraudnet clients. Working with a team of analysts you will provide excellent client delivery, analysis, and support across a range of vertical markets. You will work with some of the world's largest organisations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with complex configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks.

QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essentialUnderstand complex requirements and identify workable solutionsExperience of implementing software configuration changesExperience with data analysis/MI reporting, for example using Microsoft Excel, SQL, SAS or WPSExperience working with Databases/XML/JSON/APIs/ServiceNow/JIRA
