Senior Delivery Manager - M365 EXO Architect

Job Title: M365 EXO Architect - Sr. Delivery Architect

Location: N. America

Travel: 25%

A senior level Microsoft 365 Consultant/Architect that leads and performs the analysis, design, implementation, testing, pilot, migration, and support services for medium and large scale client environments that are implementing a hybrid Microsoft Active Directory / Microsoft 365 / Azure environments at an enterprise level. This includes the directory and identity management solutions, multifactor authentication, federation, data restructuring, data retention, data management, security policies, conditional access, Azure enterprise application enablement, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Must be able to assess current client Windows environments and determine the technologies and tasks needed to address new application and service requirements and initiatives of the client. Be able to design and Implement new Microsoft 365 / Azure centric solutions as required by the client.

Job Responsibilities:
- Technically lead major Windows / Microsoft 365 client projects
-Generate and lead complex project plans for major Windows / Microsoft 365 projects
- Lead various technical resources on shore and offshore
- Communicate and interact with the client’s senior leadership and executives as required in the project
- Create and maintain various project artifacts (Project Change Request, Project Plans (MS Project), Risks and Issues logs, Weekly Status reports)
- Analysis and Inventory of a client’s current Windows Infrastructure Services and Microsoft 365 environment
- Capture and document a client’s enterprise Microsoft 365 / Azure desired goals and future services
- Develop high level client Microsoft 365 architectures and transformation plans as needed by the client
- Develop and implement various Windows infrastructure services as needed to integrate with Microsoft 365 services that will be required by the client
- Produce enterprise-level designs for Active Directory, Windows Infrastructure Services, and Microsoft 365 for various corporate initiatives (such as cloud transformations, Hybrid cloud deployments, Corporate divestitures, Corporate mergers, and Active Directory Forest/Domain Consolidations)
- Find opportunities to innovate, extend and improve existing and future Microsoft 365 and Azure where possible.
- Create and maintain design, testing, build, and migration documentation for domain technologies, including design, installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.
- Address existing and new problems that may occur in the client’s Windows infrastructure services as they transition to Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Deliver training as required for various Microsoft 365 Services including Azure, Security and Compliance, Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Provide “Best Practices” recommendations
- Provide appropriate security hardening guidance and recommendations
- Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
