What You’ll Do
As a Senior Department Assistant at our Human Resources front desk, you’ll:
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of HR, assisting employees, candidates, and visitors with professionalism and care.
Provide Exceptional Support: Coordinate activities, maintain accurate records, and handle senior-level administrative tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Keep Everything on Track: Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities with ease and accuracy.
Empower the Team: Assist leadership with tracking metrics, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Create a Positive Experience: Build trust through excellent customer service and attention to detail in every interaction.
What Sets You Apart
Customer Service Champion: You have at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role and excel at making people feel valued and supported. Healthcare or HR experience is a plus!
