As a Senior Deposit Operations Support Specialist, you will be supporting our Bank Operations and other areas of the bank by providing an array of back-office operational support duties. You will be responsible for ensuring that your assigned operational functions are efficiently and accurately performed while maintaining a high quality of customer service and optimal departmental workflow. One of your key responsibilities is to work across the organization on complex back-office bank operational issues. You will serve as the subject matter expert in each operational area, product, or service; and will provide bank-wide operational support, monitoring, and customer assistance.Responsible for supporting the Manager in performing and developing expertise in daily back-office banking operations.Ensures efficient and accurate operational support to internal business partners and/or clients and that the daily operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently.Responsible for supporting the Manager in performing and developing expertise in daily back-office banking operations. Assists in mitigating risk, verifying audit compliance, and procedural quality control. Ensures compliance with established Bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.What you'll need:
High School Diploma is required.3+ years of Direct, Related Experience Branch Banking Operations Experience Intermediate- Knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate- Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
