What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Design & Development Engineer, you’ll be part of our Engineering team located in Ayutthaya, Thailand. You’ll get to:

Good knowledge of products design and the function of products.

Understanding both Products and Tools for Plastic Injection.

Able to Speak/Read/Write the Japanese language.

Review 2D/3D from the customer before issuing to all concerns.

Design new products to provide to customers.

Knowledge of GD&T to control customer requirements.

Review customer specifications and testing.

Coordinate with R&D Engineer for development.

Coordinate Japanese internal / External for Design & Dev.

Good Knowle of the APQP process.

Good Knowledge of the Plastic injection process.

Good Knowledge about the Catia program.

Coordinate Japanese internal / External Design & Dev.

Follow up schedule APQP plan for design &Dev.

Discuss with the Global team for Design & Dev new product.

Find out new solutions for Dev. new product & process.

Discuss with customers, especially Japanese person.

Follow requirements / participate in support activities of ISO9001: 2015 / IATF16949:2016 / ISO14001: 2015/ ISO45001:2018

Perform other assigned duties.

Coordinate with the oversea design team getting get more knowledge and know-how for development in ETT.

Control 2D/3D data for updated.

Create ECN/ECR for product change submission to the customer.

Making monthly reports for development activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineer

3 - 5 years of experience in Automotive / Plastics injection / Product design / Mold design

English communication

Japanese communication level JLPT N2 – N3

Experience with the Catia program / UG, NX (Optional)

Knowledge of IATF 16945, FMEA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
