The Senior Creative Design Executive is a highly experienced, fresh and innovate creative thinker who can translate ideas into vibrant collateral and is responsible for developing compelling multi-media, multi-channel campaigns and bid proposals, whilst creating materials which leverage our brand story and reflect our clients’ journey.The SDE be working closely alongside other designers assisting in the creation of design and artwork for a variety of brand, print and digital design projects across both internal and external communications. He/she will be providing flexible design support to the central brand and pitch design teams across the region, working directly with their Team Leader.

About the Role:
The designer must be knowledgeable about how the templating process works. They should also be comfortable conducting design research, which will involve creating mood boards that they will later execute into a template once it’s approved.Assembles images, typography, or motion graphics to create a piece of design in C&W promoted template or 'campaign' guidelines using C&W authorized software & hardware under the direction of the Team Leader or an authorized colleague.Will manage an appropriate project/campaign by collaborating with an authorized colleague, Service Line representative and/or Creative Design Executives (CDEs) and will act as the brand arbiter in that exerciseMust be able to take-up, execute or assign new and/or oversee current projects as well as lead a team of CDEs and ensure fulfillment of current projects under the direction of the Team Leader in the absence of the Creative Manager.About You:
Extensive knowledge of both brand, corporate, and bids/tendering design.Demonstrating a strong eye for design (including typography and illustration)Process orientated and capacity to assess and shift priorities as required to ensure deadlines are met.Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After EffectsFluent in Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint and WordWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
