Reporting of the Role

This role reports to the Commercial Design Manager


Overview of job

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our Commercial design team. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Commercial Marketing team and the wider commercial team to produce high-quality collateral that aligns with our brand and enhances our commercial campaigns.

This role demands proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design and experience designing out-of-home advertising.

Measures of success – 

In the first few months, you would have:

Developed a deep understanding of our brands, our competitors and the market in which we operate.

Demonstrate high levels of creative enthusiasm, clearly highlighting your passion through cutting edge, eye catching designs. 

Played a pivotal role in helping to deliver world-class creative to help global achieve commercial success.

Show ability to collaborate and communicate with your peers and key stakeholders across the business.

Spread your skills and knowledge within the wider design team, so we are constantly setting a higher standard with regards to the quality of our work.

Responsibilities of the role

Help lead the design process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines  and partner expectations.

Collaborate with the Commmercial Marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts.

Be responsible for the development, implementation, and guardianship of our brand identity across all touchpoints.

Ensure all design outputs maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to brand standards.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers within the team. 

Help conduct regular design reviews to ensure high creative standards.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and advocate for innovative design solutions that push boundaries. 

What you will need

The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the media or advertising industry. 

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail. 

Passion for broadcasting, entertainment, and design innovation. 

Highly proficient using using After Effects and Creative Suite.

Proficient in 3D design  (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). 

Highly confident using Keynote and PowerPoint.
