Program Development: National level CI program development and implementationPolicy Development: CI policy development, guidance and implementationInstructional Requirements: Identification of CI program and investigative instructional requirements Operational Activity Management: Management of complex interagency operational activitiesCase Management: Daily case management oversight of all field investigative activitiesLaw Enforcement Agency Liaison: Liaison with law enforcement agencies at a mid-management levelInvestigative Initiatives: Recommend proactive investigative initiatives both internal and across the Intelligence CommunityForeign Intelligence Service: Knowledge and understanding of complex foreign intelligence service modus operandi and targeting techniquesCI Investigative Priorities: Developing and promulgating specific CI investigative prioritiesProgram Management: Adversary-specific program management activitiesFull Spectrum CI Support: Provide support to the full spectrum of the CI programAgency Liaison: Works closely with agencies to assist in any ongoing espionage, terrorism, or related operations and investigations at responsible facilitiesIntelligence Reports: Review and operationalize raw and finished intelligence reportsWork Environment:

$180,000 to $200,000 Annual Salary
This range is for the Washington, DC area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI or DOE QEducation: Bachelor's degree in related fieldExperience: Minimum of 15 yearsCase Management: CI and/or espionage case management, and supervising agents and programs conducting these cases which may be a combination of civil service, or militaryCommunication Skills: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlinesCI Databases: Experience with CI databases for recordkeeping and data mining is requiredGeographic Subject Matter: Knowledge of geographic specific subject matter expertise is requiredProgram Management: Developing, guiding and managing complex CI programs at a national level at DOE, the FBI or DOD.Interagency Liaison Capability: Interagency Liaison Capability within the US Intelligence CommunityComputer Literacy: Must have functional computer literacy and be proficient in common computer and network applicationsCI Program Development: Knowledge of full spectrum of CI activities and CI program development at a national levelDesired:
