Your Impact in This Role:
As a Sr. Integration Developer, you help execute Fortune Brands Innovation digital strategy in alignment with business requirements and priorities. You collaborate closely with cross-technology teams and business teams like Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, Logistics, and Finance to enable our fast-paced business to grow and evolve. Working with a high-performing team, you focus on the timely delivery of integration projects on systems integration platforms.
Job Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
Your Path to Success:
Oversee integration projects, design integration architectures with hands-on coding and developmentWork closely with business and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements Translate end-user requirements into feasible technical specificationsLead development activities, monitor and coordinate activities with onshore and offshore developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on timeDevelop, test, deploy, maintain, and support integration systemsEnsure that the best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization.Participate in scrum meetings and ensure customer needs are being met by certifying deliverablesMaintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture.Seek out innovation in everyday activitiesAbility to express ideas in both business- and user-friendly languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in Integration Development with minimum 3+ years with Boomi
• 3+ years’ experience in API Management
• 2+ years’ ETL development experience
• 1+ years’ experience EDI development
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL DB or similar
• API: Web Service formats/protocols such as JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, SOAP, ODATA
• Integration/API/EDI Platform: Dell Boomi
• Programming languages: SQL, JavaScript or Groovy
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
• Knowledge of security best practices for integrations, including OAuth, SSL, and data encryption techniques.
• Plus: EDI format: X12, EDIFACT
• Plus: Knowledge of agile methodology
• Plus: Certifications on Boomi Integration platform
Preferred Qualifications:
• Integration experience with enterprise applications like SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Peoplesoft, Shopify, Workday, Dynamics 365 Service CRM, Oracle EPM, Salsify, Widen, Hub Spot, Blue Yonder WMS, Bloom Reach, Sage CRM, Stripe.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Good understanding of Swagger (Open API/Swagger) REST API specification standards
• Familiarity with Integration Platforms: OIC, SAP CPI, ADF

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
