We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior C# Developer to join our dynamic projects software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading development projects, managing successful delivery of release projects, and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft .NET, C#, MS Access, and SQL Server technologies, as well as experience with various development methodologies and tools. The technical environment is both virtualized MS based and Azure cloud services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions that align with our strategic This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable C# and related Microsoft based applications, both on prem and in an Azure environment. • Collaborate with product owners, architects, security engineer, and team members to gather and define software requirements. • Develop applications utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio IDE, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure developer tools and Team Foundation Server. • Provide technical leadership by guiding junior and mid-level developers and conducting code reviews. • Implement best practices in software development including design patterns, unit testing, and continuous integration. • Optimize application performance through code tuning, refactoring, and enhancing existing systems. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in C# and .NET development, recommending and implementing modern practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development, security, and performance. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of professional experience developing applications in C#/.NET. • Strong experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API for building web-based applications. • Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification. • In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles. • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $173,500.00.
