Responsibilities:

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure your code meets industry standards and thorough testing requirements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and shared knowledge.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in a Microsoft Shop environment.Proficient in Visual Studio (VS) and .Net Core, including tools such as DevExpress and RedGate.Strong proficiency in programming with C#.Competency with front-end technologies, specifically Angular or MAUI.Robust understanding and experience with SQL databases, using tools like SSMS.Experience in mobile application development on Android using MAUI.Familiarity with development and collaboration platforms such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Desktop.Experience using office apps and tools (Office 365 Apps, Postman, Visual Studio Code).Knowledge of DevOps and IT environments, including IIS, ITConnect, NPM, RDP, Saviyent, Splunk, Dynatrace, SharePoint, N:\\ drive, OpenShift, MuleSoft, and Octopus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
