We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, web technologies, and modern frameworks, along with exposure to .NET and React. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications while working within an Agile environment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP (minimum 5 years of commercial experience).
+ Work on front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks), and jQuery (minimum 5 years of experience).
+ Implement modern PHP frameworks following MVC architecture (Yii2 preferred).
+ Collaborate with teams to integrate .NET architecture and frameworks into the development stack.
+ Develop dynamic front-end interfaces using the React framework.
+ Manage containerized applications and implement CI/CD workflows for efficient deployment.
+ Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) to ensure iterative development and continuous delivery.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
+ Maintain and update legacy MVC PHP applications as required.
+ Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
+ Research and implement no-code solutions such as AppSmith to improve efficiency where applicable.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in PHP development with strong knowledge of best practices.
+ 5+ years of experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
+ Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks with an understanding of MVC architecture (Yii2 preferred).
+ Exposure to .NET frameworks and ability to integrate with PHP applications.
+ Hands-on experience with React framework for front-end development.
+ Strong experience in containerized applications and CI/CD workflows.
+ Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
+ High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
+ Experience in supporting and updating large MVC PHP applications.
+ Hands-on experience with C# .NET, including ORM systems.
+ Familiarity with no-code tools such as AppSmith or similar.
+ Leadership experience, including project management or mentoring junior developers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
