**Job Location:** 26600 Telegraph Road, Suite 310, Southfield, MI 48033. Required to work from Company Office (Southfield, MI) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Duties:** Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze, design, develop and support software applications for the agency’s client business requirements. Design and build larger marketing solutions and collaborate with marketing developers to solve technology problems. Develop database triggers, stored procedures, functions, and packages. Responsible for unit testing and integration testing. Review and write detailed technical specifications. Translate marketing campaign requirements against technical best practices and determine solutions to provide the best combination of functionality, performance and ease of maintenance. Engage in design discussions and demonstrate the ability to see the application from the client and sales team point of view to provide cost effective and efficient solutions.
**Requirements:** Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field followed by seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. The position also requires one year of experience in each of the following:
1. Utilize PL/SQL to develop packages, procedures and functions to apply the business logic and facilitate the functionality for various modules.
2. Work with SQL*Loader and external tables to load flat files into tables.
3. Develop multiple shell scripts (Korn Shell (KSH), BASH) to automate the process using CRON job for loading daily files to Oracle tables.
4. Design database in MS SQL and create stored procedures, and functions to reduce the complexity of front-end SQL queries.
5. Create database projects using SQL Server.
6. Utilize ASP.Net and C#.Net to design and implement user-interface screens.
7. Implement and deploy XML web services (SOAP) using C#.NET.
8. Create Web Pages for various work streams using C#.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, JSON with jQuery, Controls and business logic layer which connects to the other services using C#.Net.
