What you’ll do

The SAP Globalization Development Team is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative (Senior) Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) to help with product development for our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and its localized solutions. Do you thrive in highly collaborative environments alongside other passionate and innovative engineers? If so, then this is the right job for you! Help us shape the future by doing the following:

 

Work on some of the latest technologies such as microservice development architecture and Business AI Leverage AI to optimize and enhance our processes Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and development through to deployment. Design solutions to complex problems and requirements in collaboration with others in a cross-functional team. Participate in code reviews, sharing your experience and best-practice knowledge with colleagues. Collaborate across multiple product teams locally and in remote locations.  Collaborate with other development teams and product management colleagues who provide localization requirements. 


What you bring

Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a developer role in engineering and software architecture design, building and distributing software tools, and solutions in an agile environment. Strong programming and analytical skills, experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll / TimeManagement solution would be beneficial Extensive experience in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Experience with ABAP or JAVA development for business and transaction logic (J2EE etc.) Proven track record of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and on-time delivery. You enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise backgrounds and perspectives. Demonstrated problem solving and solution building skills as well as the initiative to deliver results.  Fluency both written and spoken in English, German

Our SAP Enterprise Adoption team helps organizations at all stages in their digital transformation journey benefit from the adoption of global and localized solutions. You will be part of the very successful development team for the localization of the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution and work in a very diverse team with many different cultures and also with teams in other locations around the globe. 

The position can be filled as part time position.
