The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Device Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting our diverse fleet of Windows and macOS devices. Leveraging your expertise in Intune, JAMF, and endpoint support, you will ensure the seamless management and security of these devices across the organization. You'll have the unique opportunity to deploy the rules and configurations you create to thousands of devices across our organization.

What you’ll do as a Senior Device Management Engineer

Administer and engineer solutions for Intune and JAMF, including policy creation, compliance enforcement, application deployment, and device patching for Windows 11 and macOS 14+ workstations.

Package, test, and deploy software and updates in both test and production environments for Windows and macOS systems.

Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot and JAMF enrollment processes, responding to escalated service desk requests with advanced technical solutions.

Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash to streamline system administration tasks and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to establish security baselines and ensure device compliance with organizational standards.

Create detailed reports on device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and software inventory.

Provide mentorship to less-experienced engineers and participate in special projects, fostering a collaborative team environment and effective communication with stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or 8 years of expertise in device management and endpoint support.

Extensive hands-on experience with Intune and JAMF for software packaging, patching, and device compliance, including Windows Autopilot and JAMF enrollment processes.

Expert knowledge in packaging, testing, deployment, and issue remediation for both Windows and macOS devices, with solid scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.

Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory and its integration with endpoint management systems.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint device issues, with comfort in working with APIs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 103,700.00 USD - 129,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related sills, experience, and relevant education or training.
