The Sustainability Growth Unit is at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to empower businesses to operate sustainably and make a positive impact on the planet.

As part of this initiative, we are expanding our engineering capacity in Vietnam to support the development of our flagship application: the Sustainability Control Tower (SCT). This advanced ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting tool helps businesses achieve their sustainability goals.

What you’ll do  

 

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps processes and infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. You will work closely with development, operations, and product teams to enable automation and scalability.

In this role, you will:

Build and Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Design and optimize CI/CD workflows to streamline software delivery and deployment processes. Enable Automation: Develop automated solutions for provisioning, configuration management, testing, and deployment to improve team efficiency. Cloud Operations: Manage and maintain cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Monitor and Troubleshoot: Implement monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to establish DevOps best practices and drive continuous improvement. Ensure Security Compliance: Integrate security measures and best practices into the DevOps processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Support Scalability: Architect and manage scalable infrastructure to support the growing needs of the Sustainability Control Tower platform.

 

 

What you bring

  

Required skills 

We’re seeking enthusiastic, curious, and talented individuals who are excited to start their journey in software development. You should have:

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP BTP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Proficiency in automation scripting using languages like Python, Bash, or Node.js. Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Optional skills 

Experience with SAP technologies like SAP BTP or CAP. Familiarity with ESG reporting tools or the sustainability domain. Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and practices
