Senior Devops Engineer (Lisbon)

YOUR ROLE

•    Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC);
•    Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure updates;
•    Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of our cloud environments;
•    Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications;
•    Develop and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, security, and operations;
•    Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.

 

YOUR PROFILE

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience;
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles;
•    Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and AWS CDK;
•    Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar;
•    Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, etc;
•    Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS);
•    Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages;
•    In-depth knowledge of networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools;
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills;
•    Hands-on knowledge in Terraform is highly  appreciated.
