The team’s mission is to define and drive IT resilience, Protect Critical Data and Services and ensure minimal Downtime and loss. We identify service problems, reliability risks and areas for improvement by continuously assessing and measuring the reliability levels while considering issues as learning opportunities. Embedded into product engineering, the group will work hand in hand with development, product support, cloud operations and our customer success teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join us as Senior Risk specialist. The Senior Security Risk Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organization’s information systems and technology infrastructure. This role involves assessing potential risks, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards to safeguard the company’s IT assets. This position as a Risk Specialist offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the Security Risk Management Strategy while providing significant value to our business stakeholders.
Design and Implement quantification methods for assessing security risks Support and execute the security risk quantification process, providing subject matter expertise on risk quantification to internal stakeholders Professional working experience with Product/Cyber Security, compliance and/or Security Risk functions and processes Knowledge of Security related laws: regulations, strategies, processes & operations, standards, and services Support continuous improvement initiatives, optimization workflows and implementing tools and methodologies that enhance end-to-end process efficiency Fostering a customer and data-centric approach and driving automation of key elements of the Security Risk Management process. Support the Security risk management to integrate security risk governance and compliance into strategic plans; promote efficient and sound business processes and practices and risk-informed decision-making
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor / Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Information Technology 7+ years of working experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) functions Security certification like CISSP, CRISC preferred Open, friendly, creative personality with service-oriented professional can-do attitude, strong intercultural skills with proven agility and flexibility and a high sense of responsibility Highly responsive, takes pride in always-on accessibility and thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environments with little or no guidance Out-of-the-box thinking and willingness to make the impossible possible Superior team player with high-quality standards, cloud mindset, challenging the status quo, getting things done, continuously striving to improve our cloud services & processes and defining metrics and KPIs to measure our levels of reliability and performance Highly flexible and able to change course quickly. Able to juggle multiple activities and priorities simultaneously. Experience working in datacenter, cloud, and network environments. Professional working experience with Product/Cyber Security, compliance and/or Security Risk functions and processes. Knowledge of Security related laws-regulations, strategies, processes & operations, standards, and services Fluency both written and spoken in English
