a day in the life: what you’ll do

Sequence, sort, and analyze digital data using Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric and other tools to identify insights and opportunities to drive optimization of lululemon’s web properties and mobile applications. Work with the vertical teams via A/B tests monitoring, regular ecommerce performance updates and ad-hoc reports. Create and present and maintain reports via Adobe Analytics Workspace, Report Builder and other tools as required. Create and utilize data visualization and communication of data to inform and drive action within the company. Raise data integrity issues and new tracking requirements with Analytics Implementation colleagues. Produce ad-hoc analysis to support Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and IT partners as needed. Create, monitor and validate A/B Test reports. Act as a subject matter expert for colleagues and internal partners in the use of digital analytics to answer business questions. Support the creation of data-informed hypotheses with A/B Testing and Personalization.

 

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

 

qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science or a related field, plus 3 years of work experience in digital analytics.

 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

Identifying and implementing automated processes;Analysis of heatmaps, session replay, and voice of customer data; and,Researching sources for creating reports exclusively on app and website performance.

 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in at least 4 of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Clevertap or Mixpanel for Segmentation;Report Builder;Quantum Metric;Power BI;Tableau;Klipfolio;Periscope;Microsoft Excel

workplace arrangement 

Your role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Workplace Policy. 

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $125,506.00 – $145,506.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
