Position Summary The Senior Digital Banking Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience for both internal and external clients by offering support for various digital banking products and services. This position involves working closely with the Digital Banking Manager to maintain high standards of service, product delivery, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: + Customer Experience & Support: + Ensures superior customer experience by providing assistance for digital banking offerings such as eBanking, eMobile, Zelle, mobile deposits, online bill pay, and debit/ATM card services. + Product Management: + Supports and helps manage a broad range of services like cash management products (ACH Originations, Remote Deposit Capture [RDC], Positive Pay, online wire transfers), the bank’s ACH program, and additional business services (merchant services, payroll, tenant security accounts). + Compliance & Audit Management: + Leads the department in all internal and external audits, as well as compliance reviews. + Works with the Operations Audit Assistant to organize and manage audit information requests and ensure proper documentation is available for all digital banking-related audits. In summary, the Digital Banking Senior Analyst ensures the efficient and compliant functioning of digital banking services, managing both the technical aspects and customer-facing elements, while also coordinating audits and reviews to maintain regulatory standards. Primary Job Functions + Provides exceptional levels of support to both internal and external customers for: + Consumer and business online banking + Cash management and all associated ancillary products + ATM/debit card services + Enrolls cash management customers in various products and services; provides instruction and support on all products; maintains cash management client files + Monitors and ensures Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) and ACH originations risk exposure limits are properly implemented, maintained, and renewed in adherence to the bank’s policies and NACHA risk regulations; makes recommendations for changes as needed + Enrolls cash management customers in various products and services; provides instruction and support on all products; maintains cash management client files + Performs all ATM/debit card related functions including, but not limited to: + Cards (all debit/ATM cards and associated/accounts) + Issues new and re-issued cards, processes applications, performs card maintenance, handles hot carding, completes secure message requests + Manages compromised card process + Independently manage all investigations pertaining to customer ACH and cardholder transaction disputes to ensure timely resolution and compliance with all external, internal, NACHA and network regulations + Performs all ACH functions including, but not limited to processing ACH returns, DNE/reclamations, pre-notes, notifications of change (NOCs), monitoring of ACH originations, ACH IAT processing, monitoring of ACH reporting to management, ACH reporting to credit department, verification of inbound and outbound Fed files, ACH research, and collaboration with customers on ACH issues and testing + Manages and provides regulatory/compliance updates for department personnel, including webinars, seminars, and industry literature; participates in training sessions as necessary + Proposes solutions to address process gaps; implements, supports, and manages departmental process improvements Additional Job Functions + Assists with the research and resolution of product/software issues + Coordinates with Fraud department to manage ACH, card-related, and online banking risk + Supports retail teams in identifying customer needs and opportunities pertaining to digital banking/cash management products/services to expand customer banking relationships + Assists as ACH and NACHA rules expert; provides guidance, advice, and direction throughout organization on matters pertaining to ACH and NACHA rules + Attends seminars, reviews industry literature, and participates in training sessions to maintain appropriate job knowledge/skill levels + Provides key support for audits; prepares audit documentation, compiles requests, and assists auditors and internal departments in reviewing records, processes, and controls + Measures effectiveness of existing procedures/policies; submits modifications for existing procedures/policies and/or develops new procedures/policies as needed Position Requirements + Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years ACH experience preferred + 3+ years of retail banking experience, with one (1) year digital banking experience required + Advanced MS Office Skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word + Accredited ACH Professional certification preferred + Ability to identify gaps and areas of process improvements, risk exposure, prioritize and lead multiple projects, and provide high levels of customer service(internal/external) + Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows + Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, LGBTQ, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
