Senior Digital Content Management Partner
Description The Sr. Enterprise Content Marketing Strategist is part of the Enterprise Social Media and Content Strategy team. The Strategist is responsible for developing and executing distinct and robust content marketing plans that will drive awareness, engagement, and retention. The Strategist participates in quarterly marketing planning and delivers integrated multi-channel plans that include a mix of editorial, web based, social, marketing, video, podcast content and more. The Strategist brings expertise in a broad range of digital content, social media and digital marketing tactics to help partner teams drive action through distinctive and relevant content experiences. Success will be measured against KPI’s that include top-of-funnel digital awareness metrics and mid-funnel engagement metrics. To support this broad scope of responsibility and multiple business line partners, the Strategist works independently and in project coordination roles to ensure successful execution of content creation, publishing, distribution and social media activation. Primary responsibilities include + Develops marketing, communications, and digital content strategy + Prepares creative and data-driven multi-channel recommendations with consideration for market trends, customer needs, desired business outcomes, cost and resource availability + Balances competing priorities and supports multiple business line relationships and content marketing strategies at the same time + Partners with many internal and external delivery partners to execute proposed strategies on-time and within budget + Works independently, managing relationships, meetings, project execution and deliverables + Partners with social media strategists to ensure successful execution of social plans + Manages all budget commitment and billing functions related to content and social execution plans + Delivers regular reporting back to the partners and Enterprise Social Media and Content Strategy team to assess outcomes and optimize future plans + Delivers digital content expertise and marketing expertise to peer teams to help engage prospects and customers in digital and social channels after mass media exposure + Supports project management and coordination roles as needed Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials + 5+ years in financial services and credit card preferred + 5 - 7 years of digital content experience, marketing, or website content teams + 3+ years social media marketing, with emphasis on engagement tactics + Client/customer management through agency, platform or internal project management roles + Social Media, SEO, content measurement, and digital analytics platform experience + Vendor/agency management experience a plus + Ability to work in fast paced environment and successfully manage multiple large projects at once Education: Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
