Job Description
Our organization is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to work on the design and construction of manufacturing facilities and laboratories in the pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical device, and advanced technology industries. In this role, you will support an industry-focused team providing excellent and trusted services globally. You will lead all aspects of digital project delivery, oversee the digital project management strategy, and collaborate on various projects with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients.
ResponsibilitiesLead the facilitation of BIM coordination and collaborate with a national practice.Assist with digital delivery strategy.Develop digital delivery standards, processes, and tools in collaboration with production departments and Digital Delivery Managers.Provide fabrication models to the Construction Team on design-build projects.Monitor the QA/QC process to ensure the development of digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets throughout the project life cycle.Lead clash detection, reporting, and resolution processes.Prepare digital model presentations for clients.Prepare virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.Review project-related research data and perform metadata audits.Lead the proposal process to ensure a proper digital delivery strategy.Present the digital delivery project budget and estimates.Implement digital delivery project management methods, procedures, and tools.Track and report model development, schedule, and digital delivery compliance on projects.Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff.Provide performance feedback on team members.Participate in sales and marketing efforts to identify critical pursuits.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all company policies.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Virtual Design and Construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program with 8 years of experience, or an Associate Degree with 10 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.Expert ability to utilize 2D and 3D applications.Advanced working knowledge in calculations, design, and design systems.Expert knowledge in the theory and practices of digital delivery.Competent in the fundamental concepts of other disciplines related to digital delivery.Capability of operating related discipline design software to meet digital delivery requirements.Proactive collaboration with internal/external clients, Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers across diverse multi-discipline project teams.Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.Work Environment
The work environment involves working with industry leaders in an integrated design-build delivery system. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $58.00
