Job Duties and Qualifications

Design, test, and document FPGA/SoC solutions for multiple subsystems in a Halliburton wireline tool under development. Collaborate with teams in the US and Singapore while working closely with Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Project Management at Halliburton Technology Center in Brazil (HBTC).

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred). Experience: Experience working with FPGA/SoC development. Expertise in hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog, etc.). Experience with signal integrity analysis, digital electronics testing, and embedded systems in harsh environments (oil & gas, aerospace, defense). Ability to plan and execute hardware validation, test plans, and debugging. Knowledge of data acquisition, signal processing, and feedback control. Experience with digital communication protocols (MIL-STD-1553, RS-485, CAN, SPI, I²C). Strong problem-solving, innovation, teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills. Fluent in English.
