Senior Digital Engagement Specialist

We have strong ambitions to scale up our automated multichannel campaign activities, to generate a constant output of high-quality leads for Outbound/Sales to follow up on. Further, we also are set out to design and implement digital only acquisition, cross- and up-selling Digital Sales touch point journeys.

We are looking for a skilled digital engagement/marketing automation specialist, who has previous experience within the field of BTL acquisition and cross-selling.

As Senior Digital Engagement Specialist, you will participate in working groups (Pods/Crews) via our Agile setup, where you act as subject matter expert and facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of campaigns, across in-platform displays/messages ‘CDMs’, email, push and outbound phone calls.

The work will be a mix of always on (automated) touch point journeys as well as multichannel ad hoc campaign executions. Your knowledge and mandate will stretch over both deliveries, content, compositions, visuals as well as touch-point designs/flow logics and handover/follow up strategies for sales. Furthermore, the evaluation and optimization of the campaigns ongoingly, with the support of our Sales Analytics team.

Responsibilities and mandate:
• take ownership of leads and sales generated by Digital Engagement campaigns, as well as the client experience/journeys
• autonomously manage projects, representing Digital Engagement across the relevant pods/crews - which include:
- steer, develop, coordinate, and implement automated multichannel campaigns
- develop and help coordinate relevant multi and single-channel ad hoc campaigns
- convert existing ad hoc campaigns into automated multichannel campaigns
- evaluate and optimize campaigns – both automated as well as ad hoc
- content, formats, client journey development, A/B-testing, re-targeting, etc.
- evaluate the client journeys and provide sparring on how to improve destinations of the touch point journeys/experiences linked to campaigns
- suggestions to optimize of landing pages, website personalization via Adobe Target, etc. (implementation will be handled by another team).
• represent Digital Engagement with excellent stakeholder management and collaborative attitude
• act as sparring for the Digital Engagement:
- performance reviews and target achievements
- tech and data setup
- content and campaign management
- best practices adoption
- process and tools improvements
• help ensuring that Digital Engagement delivers on all prioritized campaigns in a timely and efficient manner
• act as sparring partner for other digital engagement members
