Job Description

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will work within the Olympus MSG Marketing Team organization to help identify the unmet needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges of our businesses. While staying up to date on digital trends and technologies, this role will create and oversee the execution of digital initiatives to help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together business objectives and consumer needs.

Job Duties Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website emails landing pages digital advertising social media webinars blogs)  Research products services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.  Design shape execute optimize and nurture integrated marketing campaigns.  Keep up to date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new forward-thinking campaigns to improve and optimize the customer journey. Work closely with the various specialists involved with the implementation and management of our digital presence.  Identify opportunities for clients to use digital platforms to enhance their overall marketing mix by paying attention to the customer journey/experience and distribution/implementation of campaigns across multiple channels.  Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns against goals - make recommendations for optimization of all campaigns.  Structure and present recommendations to Liaise with Design Content Business Technical and Sales teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.  Stay up to date with digital technology developments establish best practices in digital marketing. Manage the content and appearance of the LAD MSG website. Monitor traffic and manage content to ensure that the site remains relevant to our customers and provides the greatest ROI for LAD MSG. Integrate MSG website with websites of other groups within OAI and Olympus in North America to ensure consistency of messaging. Support and guide marketing/tools i.e. apps Job Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication or equivalent knowledge required,  Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, in Marketing and related Qualified candidate will have demonstrated experience prioritizing and delivering against multiple project deadlines and milestones Experience with CRM platforms. Salesforce.com experience a plus

 

Preferred:

Lead similar responsibilities. Proactive resourceful and self-motivated Detail oriented with proven analytical and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Spanish.   Possess the ability to quickly establish rapport on a professional level.  Proficient in MS Office 365 Applications especially PowerPoint, Excel, Illustrator, In Design
