Senior Digital & Media Connected Planning Manager

Role Purpose:

 

Lead connected planning and activation for Danone Dairy brands in the UK&I and deliver highly effective marketing campaigns and always-on activity which exceed KPIs, including media ROI. Develop plans which deliver against brand goals, connecting our paid, owned and earned channels to fuel our digital ecosystem and drive consumer engagement.

 

Key Activities:

 

Develop integrated media plans across paid and organic channels to achieve short-term ROI and long-term brand equity targets.Collaborate with the Integrated Comms Manager to develop connected campaigns driving engagement and participation during the ICP process.Establish a strong relationship with the Digital Experience team, consulting and representing them during key moments in the ICP.Plan campaigns which drive engagement and participation across priority digital channels such as websites and social media, using “next best action” thinking and the "digital toolkit" to drive 1PD acquisition, content sharing on social and leaving reviews."Ensure seamless connection of plans across retail media, D-Commerce, and shopper to optimize spend efficiency and drive conversion in both physical and online stores.Oversee briefs, provide feedback on responses, build activation plans, and capture learnings through post-campaign analysis.Recommend media channel split based on brand JTBD, focusing on lower funnel conversion leading to awareness-driving.Implement our data strategy by acquiring 1PD, targeting and enriching audiences, and developing attribution measurement techniques.Apply creative activation guidelines by media channel and asset, collaborating with Oliver, our in-house production team, to enhance media effectiveness.Establish strong relationships with Senior Brand Managers in Consumer and Healthcare brands.Collaborate with our internal media analyst to assess and report campaign performance against predefined OKRs.

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

 

Media planning, retail media, ecommerce, and shopper ecosystems.Skilled in full-funnel campaign development to achieve brand goals.Proficient in driving digital engagement through paid media and its interaction with offline media, especially in retail.Strong knowledge of addressable media, audience targeting, and enrichment.Planning and activation across TV, BVOD, VOD, OOH, display, search, social (PPC & SEO).Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Accountable, results-driven, with strong stakeholder management.Cross-functional and cross-agency leadership

Salary Bracket: £67,000 - 75,000pa (plus car allowance)
