You lead the strategic vision, definition, management and lifecycle maintenance of internal digital tools. You partner cross-functionally within the organization fostering process optimization and approaching deliveries iteratively. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally, across multiple functional areas.

Partner with stakeholders and clients to articulate solutions to business issues. Promote, track and ensure the ongoing use of digital capabilities. Craft a vision for a digital product or short to long-term capabilities and convert them into a concrete strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to define and maintain a backlog of detailed requirements. Use market research to discover digital product and capability opportunities. Guide communication plans to ensure adoption and engagement with digital capabilities. Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
Experience: Five or more years of digital product management, development or related work experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills:Experience with Agile software development teams.Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to synthesize recommendations; Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.Abilities: Proven ability to work cross-functionally while managing and fostering change; Ability to show business acumen, sense of urgency and initiative to accomplish job duties.Preferred qualifications:

The base pay for this position generally is between $89,800.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
