Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer

Contract Position
$103.62-$108.62/Hour

Responsibilities:
Develop and validate digital signal processing algorithms for complex integrated hardware/software systems.Create testing criteria and execute design validation for DSP solutions.Evaluate the performance of signal processing solutions and optimize for real-time applications.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced development environment.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with emphasis in DSP, Communication Theory, or Wireless Communications, plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain a U.S. TS/SCI Clearance.Experience and Skills:
Proficiency in developing and modeling signal processing algorithms in MATLAB or Python.Strong experience in C/C++ software development within Unix/Linux environments.Experience implementing signal processing algorithms on GPUs.Proficiency with software development tools (IDEs, version control systems, defect reporting tools).Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Agile workflows).Demonstrated success in leading projects and driving technical solutions in cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience leading programs or projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience developing DSP solutions for fielded systems in fast-paced environments.Your Recruiter Still have questions?
