Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Solutions Architect to lead the strategy development, design, and implementation of advanced digital architectures and solutions for our customers and within our organization. This role is pivotal in shaping how the United States Air Force develops digital strategies and in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions helping to deliver war-winning capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in digital architectures, modeling, simulation, & analysis (MS&A), and USAF weapon system development, as well as a passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit. The Senior Digital Solutions Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and support our customer’s development of advanced air combat capabilities and pursuit of continuous improvement. This role will also contribute to early concept development and solutioning focused on USAF needs and will support executive level communications related to these efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable digital architectures and digital transformation efforts that align with customer acquisition and organizational objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives.Oversee the implementation of digital solutions and initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and quality and performance standards.Conduct assessments of existing systems and architectures and recommend enhancements.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.Develop, author, maintain, and review documentation, proposals, and white papers for digital solutions and architectures.Help ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all digital initiatives.Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units.Support concept development, solutioning, and capability planning focused on USAF needsSupport executive level communications regarding company capabilities, deployed solutions, and developed concepts.

Location: HybridTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%Working Hours: Part-Time

Required qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in solution development for industry and/or DoD customersMinimum of 8 years digital architectures, digital engineering, Air Force weapon systems engineering or a similar role.TS/SCI ClearanceProven track record of designing and implementing complex digital solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired qualifications:

Experience supporting Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL)Strong leadership and project management skills.
