Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with our cross-regional teams of Digital Transformation and Change Managers to drive and implement necessary change management measures and activities to secure user adoption, as well as benefit realization within digitalization projects; Support, coordinate and drive country rollouts and operations in collaboration with local business responsible; Support the definition and implementation of a roadmap in alignment with the overall digitalization strategy to support the digital transformation of Schaeffler VLS; Continuously push the organization to become more agile in terms of processes and support project-related operational change management activities; As a Digital Change Professional, you will establish new methods in the project teams and actively support them in the application of these methods; You act as an ambassador of digitalization and change within our region and division to foster mindset and culture development; You are highly motivated to live, actively drive and coach an ownership culture to create synergies and business impact. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Business Administration, Technology or similar; Technical understanding of IT processes as well as internet technologies and web applications; Agile Development (Scrum / Kanban) or Design Thinking certifications are beneficial; Lean project and change management skills in the context of global, intercultural and cross-functional teams across organizations; International professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company or similar job; Proficient in English spoken and written, Spanish and further languages are beneficial; LIBRAS is beneficial.
