What you'll be responsible for:
Reporting to the VP, Business Development, Americas, you will be a senior leader driving strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering on ambitious business objectives aligned with Circle’s growth strategy.
Establishing and expanding strategic partnerships with major global organizations, including crypto exchanges, to drive the adoption and growth of USDC.
Executing and overseeing commercial deals across diverse ecosystem segments for Circle’s suite of products and services.
Designing and operationalizing a robust growth program to maximize ROI across partner and ecosystem initiatives.
Developing innovative partnership strategies that leverage Circle’s assets while integrating partner capabilities to drive business growth.
Bringing strategic and operational rigor to the Ecosystem Partnerships and Global Business team.
What you'll work on:
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) and partnership strategy for key ecosystem segments and accounts.
Originate and manage a portfolio of strategic opportunities, driving partnership momentum, executing GTM plans, and validating beta products.
Foster a culture of high integrity, collaboration, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making within the team.
Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key decision-makers at major organizations, including the world’s largest centralized exchanges.
Identify and develop new programs, resources, and capabilities required to close high-impact business opportunities and achieve company OKRs.
Provide regular reporting and clear communication on key KPIs, metrics, and partnership performance.

What you'll bring to Circle:
13+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partner Management.
Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
Proven ability to negotiate and secure high-impact strategic deals with C-level executives.
Strong leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams.
Expertise in pipeline management and prioritization across a broad set of initiatives to drive business growth.
Passion for building and refining company processes, especially in early-stage business development initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering long-term relationships that support partners and customers in their success.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range:
$230,000 - $285,000
