The Power, Energy and Infrastructure vertical will focus on borrowers in the domestic energy and climate transition space, extending project and corporate finance loans for the construction, operation and ownership of renewable and conventional power plants and associated infrastructure.
This role is an individual contributor role and will report to the Sr Business Line Risk Director/Risk Officer of Corporate Finance for Ally Bank and will develop strategies under direction of the Leadership Team and CCRC. This role will also participate in functional decision making to support objectives and key metrics. Experience with project finance, back-leverage and/or tax equity structures is preferred. Understanding of project development, construction, operational risks as well as financing structures is required.
