Position Purpose: Defines the operational and strategic planning activities within the contact center. Directs the inter- departmental interactions within the contact center and influences senior leadership decisions to ensure optimal performance of contact center operations.Plans and directs organization’s contact center policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives
Defines the contact center operations vision for optimizing contact center performance and operations to ensure that achievable goals and milestones are set
Prioritizes initiatives and opportunities consistent with mission and strategic direction of the organization to lead the contact center team
Analyzes operations and develops key performance criteria and standards to monitor and manage contact center performance
Researches and develops latest operations and technology used by contact centers to identify and adopt models and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency improvements
Develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to maintain effective operations and deliver optimal results within the contact center
Evaluates and manages impact of regulatory requirements on current business performance
Oversees efforts in development of contact center budget and hiring strategies with business stakeholders to ensure they are in line with the operational and business goals
Establishes operational targets, best practices, and training programs that support service, quality, and efficiency standards
Oversees onboarding, hiring, and training new employees, recent promotes, transfers and performance and/or reward decisions within contact center operations department to support future growth and strategyPerforms other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. 5+ years management experience preferred.
Pay Range: $157,600.00 - $290,800.00 per year
