Promote effective communication among CHS companies and ministries to ensure seamless operations. + **Healthcare Innovator:** Develop and oversee managed care products for payors and providers, driving strategic initiatives that support regional system ministries and enhance payor reimbursement protocols. + **Influential Communicator:** Periodically engage in public speaking and presentations, demonstrating your knowledge of healthcare trends, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives. **What You'll Bring:** + **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university is required. A Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or equivalent education/experience is preferred. + **Professional Training:** Training in computer applications, leadership skills, and project management. + **Industry Experience:** At least 8 years of experience in the healthcare field, specifically in health insurance marketing claims and contract negotiation. + **Healthcare Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of current health care trends, health insurance, reimbursement, and claims processing operations. + **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong public speaking abilities. + **Technical Proficiency:** Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, word processing, graphics, accounting, and database management. + **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and make informed decisions. + **Driving Requirements:** Driving may be necessary as part of this role, and caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
