We are seeking someone who can drive the strategy and delivery of our Professional Services, Product Innovations, Systems Operations, and Corporate IT. This role requires strategic planning, with the ability to drive daily results.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions and their organizational impacts. A strong desire for leading people and fostering a culture of innovation is a must.
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience required 5+ years of experience in a leadership role 5+ years of experience delivering on solutions, services, or IT related projects Experience working in a contact center or with CcaaS tools preferred Proven success leading individuals and teams, preferably in a remote-first environment Experience in a sales-focused organization (preferably delivering technology solutions) Experience leading client success teams or service delivery teams preferred Strong communication skills, conveys technical information to non-technical audiences Strong knowledge of data-driven decision making within operations Demonstrates adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset Growth mindset and ability to innovate

Play a critical role in the strategic direction, delivery, and communication of our technology roadmap Understand industry trends and how Liveops should adapt to the evolving landscape Providing solutions to known or emerging business needs Elevating technology and innovative solutions with sound and proven business practices Effectively communicate (written and verbal) platform changes and release updates to end users and stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions
Drive a technology roadmap that propels our core business operations Promote development and use of emerging technologies, including AI Deliver a successful vendor management strategy that drives favorable outcomes Improve Professional Services offerings to add value to client partnerships Maintain continuous knowledge of relevant CcaaS systems and tools Develop key client relationships regarding technology services & capabilities Deliver department goals through Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework Foster relationships with department heads and internal stakeholders Achieve ongoing efficiencies through business optimizations and innovative solutions Mentor and lead both team leads and individual contributors within your department Create and manage department budgets Create and manage department revenue goals (when applicable) Communicate platform/product changes and updates to end users and stakeholders.
