As Sr Director of DRAM Design Engineering and Methodology, you will be lead a world-wide engineering organization across multiple geographies and functions, including Design, Verification, Layout.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape the strategic direction and provide the best known methods (BKM's) for all other DRAM Design, Verification, and Layout teams to follow with goals of driving consistent improvements in the quality, predictability, performance, and efficiency of the broader DRAM design organization
Partner closely with key stakeholders, internal and external to the company, to shape the development plan and evaluation of new tools, processes and methodologies to deploy across the DRAM organization.
You will also be responsible for championing the development of new and effective AI/ML capabilities to ensure leading-edge capabilities and tools are available to our talented engineering teams.

Education
Required: BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field of study
Preferred: MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field of study
Must have experience or proven track record of success with semiconductor / memory design and development
