Senior Director, Drivers of Health (Medicare)

Lead partnership across national regions and functional areas to align complex business needs into data-driven strategy, implementation, and evaluation. + Designs, implements, and manages data-driven strategies from initial concept through production for Medicare populations + Leads planning, implementation, and evaluation of population-tailored initiatives, acting as thought partner and working closely with senior leaders in clinical, operations, network and other functional areas to reduce disparities and improve health outcomes + Oversees cross-functional work groups to develop and execute project plans, workflows, communications, and reporting to achieve integrated goals + Monitors and analyzes market and performance trends to identify new opportunities or enhancements, provide actionable insights to drive improvement in key performance indicators, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance + Develops and implements effective governance and communication strategies and tools – including reports, presentations, summaries and other materials – for executive leadership as well as internal and external partners + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards **_HIGHLY PREFERRED_** + **_Experience successfully setting and implementing strategic priorities for DOH and health equity_** + **_Experience working across sectors to achieve strategic goals_** + **_Experience working with diverse populations and communities_** + **_Subject matter expertise_** + **_Candidates residing in MO, TX, NC, and FL_** + **_Travel 10% and 90% Remote_** **Education/Experience:** **Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field required:** **Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred:** 7+ years Health care product development or management, marketing, or project management experience required 5+ years Implementing transformational change efforts within healthcare required 5+ years Managed care operations and drivers of health functions required 1+ years Medicare, Medicaid, population health and value-based care preferred 1+ years People leadership, including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff requiredPay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
