Senior Director, Enablement

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, GTM Enablement who will play a pivotal role in helping Branch’s go-to-market teams achieve the company’s growth targets, including Account Executives, SEs, TAMs, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers. This leader will drive training, continued development, and operational excellence, and champion the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue generation processes. The GTM Enablement Team is an integral part of the Global Revenue Operations organization, preparing Teams to achieve their revenue targets, improve sales efficiency, and enhance customer acquisition & retention.

As a Senior Director, Enablement, you’ll get to: Develop and iterate on the holistic revenue enablement strategy. Establish enrichment as a strategic partner across all GTM teams. Partner with Team Leads to further align on revenue goals and identify improvement in process, tools, and training to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to define processes and ensure consistent implementation and adoption across the organization. Build and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue enablement and operations efforts. Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs, resources and materials that are consistently updated and enhanced to improve productivity and effectiveness. Develop, manage, and mentor a team of revenue Training & Enablement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. You’ll be a good fit if you have: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, L&D, PMM or related roles, with preference in competitive, high-growth environments. Proven track record of supporting and/or scaling high performance teams, preferably in a MarTech / SaaS industry. Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and lead cross-functional collaboration. Results-oriented with a strong point of view on using efficient processes as a means to improve accountability, autonomy & proficiency, while reaching revenue targets.

This role does not qualify for US visa support.

This role is required to be at our Palo Alto office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines. Branch is not open to supporting relocation at this time.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Palo Alto, CA is $197,000 - $245,000.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Palo Alto, CA only. Compensation for candidates outside of Palo Alto, CA will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. 

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
