Responsible for strategic direction and management of the engineering staff for the development and support of software for Spectrum’s advanced WiFi for the the Advanced WiFi routers and the cloud-based management platforms. Create, implement and enhance consistent engineering practices to ensure stable product delivery consistent with company initiatives and expectations. Direct project planning, capital budgeting and business plan development. Ensure a high degree of cross-functional communication in line with product deployment and support.

Directs quality control programs for engineering operations and consistent operational procedures. Directs capital budget process, executes approved budget plan.Leads and participates in succession planning.

The base pay for this position generally is between $155,600.00 and $275,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
