Senior Director, Federal Health Growth and Delivery

Required Skills or Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the following areas: General Management, Program Management of complex Health IT programs and operations, including the implementation of major operations in short timeframes, management of combined direct and matrix workforce with a wide range of job functions and skill sets in mid-to large organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience. An advanced degree is preferred.

• Ability to quickly establish themselves as a trusted advisor and team member to the TCS Executive Managing Director and the other members of the TCS leadership team.

• Possess the necessary stature and credibility within the broad government health ecosystem to operate at the highest levels within key customer organizations and influence policy and requirements around key programs central to Maximus's future success.

• Strategic knowledge and leadership of where future investments in the health IT sector will make the most impact.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Unquestioned personal integrity and ethical behaviors.

• Originates and adapts ideas to realize objectives.

• Fosters a climate of objectivity, cooperation, recognition, contribution, and trust. Makes and keeps commitments. Listens carefully, communicates clearly, and beyond a "need-to-know" basis.
