We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:

As the Sr. Director of B2B Growth, you will report directly to the VP of B2B Marketing and play a critical role in the Marketing Leadership Team. Your primary focus will be driving high-velocity SMB and Enterprise payments acquisition and lead generation across all paid channels. You will oversee all global growth, with an emphasis on paid media, SEO, and lead generation marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and converting SMB and Enterprise leads at scale. Close collaboration with senior sales leadership and other marketing functions will be crucial to your success.

Paid Acquisition: Drive all paid acquisition activities, including paid media, SEO, and email campaigns, to generate high-quality SMB leads and achieve pipeline goals. Performance Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize paid channel strategies to maximize ROI and meet aggressive growth targets. SMB Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate, nurture, and convert SMB leads across all digital channels. Strategic Planning: Align paid acquisition and lead generation strategies with corporate objectives for measurable growth. Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team focused on SMB lead generation and paid acquisition efforts. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve the effectiveness of paid acquisition campaigns. 

About You:

You are a strategic and data-driven leader with a passion for driving SMB lead generation and acquisition through paid channels. You excel at building high-performing teams and achieving measurable outcomes. Leadership Excellence: Experienced in leading teams focused on paid acquisition and lead generation. Results-Driven: Skilled at driving SMB lead generation and acquisition agendas and achieving cross-functional alignment. Martech Proficiency: Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other Martech tools used for paid acquisition. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in demand generation and paid acquisition, including 5+ years in a senior role at a B2B SaaS or high-tech company. Proven expertise in paid acquisition strategies and a growth-focused mindset. Sharp analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights. Exceptional team management and coaching abilities. Ability to work regularly on-site at a PayPal office.
