The Senior Director, Global Digital Marketing & GTM will be the digital leader for the multi-functional partnerships across Digital Commerce and Brand organizations! This person will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and GTM plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth on a global scale. This role will partner cross-functionality to ensure alignment across global and local partners and functions. This role will also be responsible for Global Performance Marketing and the development of associated innovations, scorecards, vendor partnerships, and best practices to continuously increase our performance marketing capabilities.
What You'll Do Own the strategy and partnership for the Digital Commerce team with MarTech and Brand teams as the main point of contact globally – including GTM, Digital Marketing, vendors, and team leadership Responsible for driving and communicating performance hind-sighting and optimization Lead regional GTM strategies for global brand stories, commercial moments and new product launches Build, maintain, and rollout regional GTM calendars Coordinate multi-functional efforts to ensure successful and timely market entries Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine GTM strategies Partner with Global Brand Marketing Channel, Media, and Innovation teams to ensure effective partnership across the globe and the entire consumer funnel Develop standard process scorecards and playbooks to then evaluate regional campaigns and programs to identify areas of opportunity Pilot new innovation digital marketing innovation programs and partners Partner multi-functionally to collect product knowledge, campaign performance, historical performance, and other valuable inputs to be used in the strategic planning process Work with global and local partners across functions to develop and roll out the playbook strategy Work with Digital Product Management, Consumer Experience, Development, Platform management and site operations to ensure technical delivery requirements for Global Marketing Campaigns are scoped accurately, Vendors have been vetted, the request has been entered in the proper backlog, and the teams are kept up to date throughout the process What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing 9+ years of digital commerce experience Strong Digital Commerce knowledge across domains (e.g. Marketing, Site, Go To Market) Ability to build and lead flexible and high-reaching team members to move quickly to effectively accomplish objectives at a high level of quality Ability to influence and lead cross-functionally across various levels and departments in the organization (e.g. Global Brand and Product Teams, Local Digital Teams) Experience and proven capability to execute and iterate rapidly Ability to identify new opportunities and bring them to market Strong presentation and written and oral communication skills Strong collaborative approach and attitude Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills, and understanding of return on investment analysis. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. Salary or Pay Range: $200,000 - $210,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
