**JOB SUMMARY**
The HR Technology team is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of global HCM/HR systems. The **Senior Director, HCM Technology** manages a technology capability group responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing HCM applications throughout their lifecycle. This work is guided by business priorities and objectives, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements. The role carries strategic responsibility for the performance, efficiency, and leadership of global teams, delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable HR technology solutions. The position involves managing stakeholders, ensuring seamless system integrations, and overseeing the security and compliance of HR systems. This role also owns and oversees systems supporting incentive pay processes for colleagues across sales and operations (warehouse and driver).
**Leadership and Management Responsibilities:**
+ Provide leadership in HR technology transformation, system integrations, and process optimization.
+ Develop and oversee the execution of an HR technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR business teams such as HRIS, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), Compensation, and Talent Acquisition (TA) to deliver technology solutions that support various HR business processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology delivery for processes related to sales, warehouse, and driver incentive pay.
+ Lead technology teams using Iterative development / Agile methodologies as well as waterfall to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and integrations with internal and external partners.
+ Oversee end-to-end testing for new HR technology deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
+ Ensure robust security role management, including access control policies, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Support change management initiatives related to HR systems and processes.
+ Build and manage a high-performing global HR technology team, addressing skills development and recruitment needs.
**Capability Governance, Strategy, and Delivery**
**Primary responsibilities include:**
+ Oversee technical and business fitness assessments of the HR technology portfolio.
+ Facilitate governance processes for HR technology initiatives.
+ Define and execute strategic roadmaps for HR technology transformation.
+ Lead HR technology integrations and system transitions during Mergers & Acquisitions.
+ Ensure data security, compliance, and access control management across HR systems.
+ Oversee implementation and management of core HR systems, including:
+ HCM platforms (Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors, and ancillary HCM ecosystems)
+ Incentive and performance management systems (Varicent)
+ Enterprise systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - D365)
+ Talent Acquisition Systems
+ Learning Management Systems
+ Performance & Succession Planning
+ Compensation Management
+ HR Service Delivery platforms
+ Develop and manage system interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across enterprise platforms.
+ Ensure end-to-end testing and validation of new system configurations, integrations, and updates.
+ Establish governance for role-based security access and data protection compliance.
**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
+ 10+ years of experience in global HR technology management
+ Proven track record of successful enterprise-wide HR system implementations
+ Extensive experience with major HR platforms such as Workday, ADP, Varicent, SAP Success Factors and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
+ Strong background in HR technology integrations and security role management
+ Experience leading M&A technology integration initiatives
+ Experience owning and supporting systems that drive sales, warehouse, and driver incentive pay processes
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
+ Professional certifications in HR Technology (HRIP) preferred
+ Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
