The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Global Retail Design to lead the creation and execution of innovative retail and in-store experiences for our global brands. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our retail environments reflect the iconic and human-centric design philosophy that defines The Coca-Cola Company, enhancing consumer engagement and driving brand purchase and loyalty.
**What You'll Do for Us:**
1. **Strategic Leadership:**
o Lead the global retail design strategy, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand vision and business objectives.
o Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Design and other senior leadership to integrate retail design into the broader design ecosystem.
2. **Design Innovation:**
o Spearhead the design of immersive and engaging retail experiences that reflect Coca-Cola's commitment to iconic and human-centric design.
o Utilize cutting-edge technologies and innovative design approaches to create memorable in-store experiences that resonate with consumers globally.
3. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
o Partner with marketing, commercial, and Operating Unit teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints.
o Foster strong relationships with external design agencies and vendors to bring the retail design vision to life.
4. **Design Excellence:**
o Uphold the highest standards of design excellence, ensuring that every retail touchpoint reflects Coca-Cola's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
o Champion a culture of uncompromising design integrity and attention to detail, setting the benchmark for design excellence within the organization.
5. **Sustainability and Innovation:**
o Drive sustainability initiatives in retail design, incorporating eco-friendly materials and practices in line with Coca-Cola's sustainability goals.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the retail design experience.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
**Experience:** Minimum 15 years of experience in retail design, with a proven track record of creating impactful in-store experiences for global brands. **Leadership:** Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse and cross-functional teams.
**Design Expertise:** Deep understanding of design principles, retail environments, and consumer behavior.
**Innovation:** Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and innovation to enhance retail experiences.
**Design Excellence:** Commitment to the highest standards of design quality and craftsmanship.
**Collaboration:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
**Software Mastery:** Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
**Project Management:** Proven ability to manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
**Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Pay Range:$211,000 - $238,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:50
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
