The COO office is a critical function within Salesforce, being at the center of the Strategy & Operations of the business with the objectives to drive profitable growth at scale and to look at holistically our business across all dimensions to bring pro-active insights and recommendations to our most senior leaders, truly becoming the trusted advisor of the Leadership Team.

Some of the main topics covered are setting strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth, building and implementing long term GTM strategies, setting best-in class operational processes, systems and tools, owning cross-functional transformational projects end to end and driving change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments and clouds.

We are looking for a leader to act as a trusted business partner to the France ELT, driving key projects end to end. The role will encompass supporting the CEO France on their strategic operations, which will include GTM design, sales cadence execution, cross-functional alignment with other key functions in France and strategic projects. The selected candidate will be part of the EMEA COO leadership team and will manage and develop a team of highly talented Strategy Analysts, Associates and Consultants.

This strategy leader will embrace the challenges of operating in a complex matrix environment, driving alignment and building relationships with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales Programs, Enablement, BVS, Finance, Employee Success, etc.), regional peers and HQ functional leaders:

Become a trusted advisor to the France ELT and their leadership teamOwn complex cross-functional initiatives' end to end, with limited supervisionSpearhead the strategy development and execution of France to capture the next wave of growth Lead and develop a best-in-class team, fully aligned and connected with other regional strategy teams, creating an environment that attracts top talent and where everyone can contribute, succeed and growLead the most strategic initiatives in France while staying in touch with the day-to-day business, being able to operate from operational to strategic levels


Skills/Expertise Required

10+ years previous experience in a business operations role within a high growth SaaS company operating at scale or equivalent experience within a management consulting firm3+ years of people management experience in a high growth, continuously changing environmentThoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholdersProven experience of being able to analyze a very large amount of data, inputs and insights into strong executive level recommendations, with a strong narrative and storyStrong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end to endInspirational people leader, with a passion for attracting and developing top talentFluency in both French and English
