About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director, Performance Controlling to join our rapidly growing team. You will be directly responsible for leading the Company’s global annual budget processes, monthly forecasting, and multi-year strategic plans, as well as delivering key business insights and critical metrics to support optimal business decision making. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position has high visibility within the organization and offers an incredible opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail oriented, have strong organization and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
What you will do
• Lead the Company’s global financial planning process including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning.
• Analyze and provide financial insight on initiatives that focus on increasing the revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow generation of the business.
• Build strong business partner relationships with each key business function and geography.
• Develop critical metrics to drive cross functional alignment and accountability. Proactively monitor critical metrics to assess trends, risks, areas of opportunity; analyze causes of unexpected variances.
• Optimize our business insight by developing dashboards for execution against our goals. Perform routine analytical reviews of Company financial and operational performance
• Continue to develop the team of FP&A professionals to translate business strategies into positive return on investment.
• Develop and/or enhance policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the controlling function and organization.
• Work closely with CFO, CEO, and the extended Executive Leadership team to drive organizational priorities via the budget process and consistent financial steering.
• Lead the procurement team / activities, including process improvement and KPIs.
• Support M&A related activities and due diligence
What you need
• 10+ years of relevant, corporate FP&A experience in a high growth organization. Experience in a SaaS software industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus)
• Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an organization, including a track record of collaboration with senior level executives and influencing the business.
• Strong analytical capabilities, able to develop new frameworks and model potential outcomes.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment
• Extensive financial modeling experience
• Proficient with key financial analysis metrics such as LTV/CAC, cohort analysis, non-GAAP metrics, etc.
• Previous experience in Finance within a global environment, including coordinating the efforts of and liaising with team members in other countries.
• Advanced system skills in Intaact, Salesforce and Planful (f/k/a Host Analytics) a plus.

The pay range for this position is $142,310 - $243,960. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
