Required Skills or Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field. • 12+ years of experience in the private sector, government, or a combination thereof with familiarity of Federal Heath current solutions, capabilities, and technology. • Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.• Extensive experience in healthcare IT solutioning and consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale innovations.• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex systems and develop innovative solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance within healthcare IT systems.
Desired Skills or Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field. • Knowledge of business and technology solutions that the federal government purchases with a vision toward innovation and strategic solutions Federal Health • Existing relationships with relevant federal government officials, federal partners, and federal industry preferred vendors, most particularly in Federal Health • Knowledge of Federal Health procurement practices and business development life cycle. • Proven history of successful solutioning and market shaping leading to wins in the Federal Health market.
